Preventing salicylate Pain

The easiest way to prevent Salicylate Pain is to avoid eating them entirely, and if you do, you should eat them in small amounts. It has actually been proven by Rheumatologists that having a Salicylate-free diet can help cure eczema and joint stiffness in less than a month. It has also been proven that Salicylates serve as a preservative, so if you are buying a product that says it is preservative free, but it says that it has foods with Salicylates in them, then it isn’t preservative free at all, since Salicylates are a natural preservative.

  2. Thanks for the feedback RW. You have commented so much on my blog, which is really helpful. Just so you know, Eczema is a skin condition that is caused when a persons skin becomes so dry that red sores form on your skin. These itch considerably. I have had it myself and it can be quite painful if left untreated. You can treat it with skin creams.
